Timon fuck nala story - Page 2

No, Nala and Simba went off exploring while Timon and Pumba stayed and sung about it.
Simba and Nala finally reunite after YEARS apart, and then he rushes off to save his pride — THE VERY PRIDE NALA WAS SENT FROM – without returning to bring back his lion girlfriend with him? What a fuckboy. Or fucklion, I guess.
Nala, Sarabi, and co. do ALL the hunting for the pride AND raise the kids. Meanwhile, Mufasa can’t even execute a simple rescue mission, Simba simpers off for a decade because he can’t own up to his mistakes, and Scar is a frickin’ drama queen who endangers the entire pack on a consistent basis. All the male lions do is fuck things up, and the female lions have to put in all the grunt work. FIGHT THE LION PATRIARCHY!
Already you can see the problems. Just because Scar kills Mufasa in the same way Claudias kills King Hamlet, that doesn’t make the story analogous thematically, it just means similar plot things happen. Yes, Timon and Pumbaa bear a strong resemblance to the
It was at this point in the film that, just by simply watching and not looking for any of this, I said (out loud, to no one in particular), “Wait, so Simba is a virgin, hanging out with these two stoners, and then when Nala shows up, within minutes, they’re going off to go fuck while the two stoners jealously sing about it.”
And Timon’s like, “What the fuck?! He said he was just gonna talk to her!”
Timon continues to bemoan the situation, telling Pumba that Simba is clearly gonna go and fuck this girl and fall in love with her, and is gonna leave the two of them all alone.
In these and other ways, the film opts for being merely distracting when it could have been both meaningful and instructive. Small potatoes, then, when Simba’s former childhood friend and betrothed queen Nala (Niketa Calame as a cub, Moira Kelly as an adult) unexpectedly reappears in his duty-free, protein-rich life, demanding he return to his kingly responsibilities and coaxing the lion to sleep tonight with arguably the most blatant “fuck me now” face to ever appear in a PG-rated film. If only plot and character motivation came down to more than the right platitude being recited at the right time,
Originally, Scar was going to send adult Nala away from Pride Rock because she ignored his romantic approaches, after which she finds Simba alive and well with Timon and Pumbaa. This idea was ultimately abandoned, as sexual harassment was considered improper in a family movie. However, the stage musical adaptation includes this plot development as part of director Julie Taymor’s efforts to expand the female characters’ presence in the story.
Some of my sketches from a trimmed section of Hakuna Matata. In it, we see Timon’s backstory, living in the hectic, workaholic meerkat community, until he gives it up for the hakuna matata lifestyle.
