Kareena Kapoor’s latest guest on her show What Women Want was Sonam Kapoor and here’s what she said about sexual orientation and depiction of sexuality in cinema. Firstly, on being asked about her inspiration, Sonam Kapoor revealed that she didn’t draw much inspiration from her life to essay her role of a lesbian lover in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga but it was more of her overactive imagination that helped her in drawing for the character.
H. Akshay is publicly humiliated by accident. He learns about the 6 month ceremony and misunderstands something about a ceremony needing both parents. They spend the day riding tandem bicycles, holding hands as they walk in the park, dancing slow together to acoustic guitar music at sidewalk cafes. Uday and Hrithik tease them and make them blush when they are caught kissing, and flirting. Ends with a photo still of their online marriage announcement, “Our Honeymoon” over a picture of Rani and Kareena kissing on a mountain top with Uday and Hrithik standing on either side waving.
